Your financial model
A working model of the agency in Excel, not a document to read. Your reported numbers come through as the locked base, your assumptions are the cells you change, and the projection recomputes live in your own spreadsheet. Reprice the pass-through, lift utilisation, model a hire, and watch margin, cash and an indicative value move. Take it to your accountant or a buyer.
